Hi Each and apologies for yet another long post,
As mentioned, we can no longer have free t-shirts this year so we have to have a different arrangement to pay for them. However I have managed to get a deal so that if people pay £10 for the shirts at least £3.50 for each shirt can be sent to SERV. The more I sell, the less the delivery costs count so if I can sell 30 then £4 for each shirt goes to SERV. Of course should anyone want to pay more we won’t object!! J
The good news re this arrangement means that we can get different colours each year though we will stick to one colour per year as this keeps costs down. This year will be royal blue with a white logo.
I have to place the order by 15th July at the latest to ensure that we get them in time for the ride and as I have to pay when I place the order I need you to pay me in advance. I know this means you will have to trust me /but most of you know me so hopefully won’t have a problem with that.
I suggest that for those people who have PAYPAL that you pay this way. Please pm me for the e-mail address to use along with size required – see below. Please ensure that when paying you tick the option for sending a gift otherwise fees are incurred and this means less money for the charity. If you do not have PAYPAL perhaps you know someone who does and can send the money for you? Please make sure that whether sending for yourself or someone else, you note in the transaction the member(s) and forum for whom you are ordering so that I know who has ordered what.
Other than this you can send me a cheque if you pm for my address, but I would have to receive them by 2nd July to give me time to get them paid in and cleared before ordering.
I am told these are the sizes:
S – 38”. M – 40”, L – 42”, XL – 44”, XXL – 46”, 3XL – 48”, 4XL – 50”
I suggest if unsure go bigger as all t-shirts usually shrink a bit and if too big you can always wash them in really hot water to ensure they do! J
