Im sure ur all aware or the recent media warnings about scams and renting flats etc.. Well a friend of mine is needing a flat in Kent and spotted a really good deal in one of the local newspapers so decided to send the person an email  to find out more details.
This is the reply they got

Which i can send to you after all necessary agreement has be accepted. Also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really the issue, hope you are okay with the price of (400 per month) in including utilities like hydro, heat laundry facilities, air condition, gas, waeter, Cable and so on, but your absolute maintenance of my House is most important thing, if you are ready interested renting this House fill the application below and get back to me with the  answers............. hi, yes i am intereted in the rental and my uncle owes me some money which he says he will send me by transfr so if this is aggreeable to you i will send direct to you so you can take the deposit and i trust you to return the balance funds so i can use this for my moving costs.

apartment .if you are ready to rent the apartment now,then that will
not be a problem but i will advice you due to a responsible person like
you, to be able to afford the one month  deposit fees which is 400 now
as am not after your money buta just a kind of interest to make me go
ahead in handling the property to you.and also i would like to send the
following document to you via the DHL to the address you send to me and
the tracking number will be sent to you so that you can possible occupy
my apartment ,pet are allowed in the apartment and you need not to pay
extra money.Pls once again,i am  giving you this on trust and do not
disappoint me and i promise you that,you will love the apartment .So i
am with the below document here with me and i will like to know whether
you are ready for the payment of this month fees now.

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys

    Hi Linda, or is it Sarah?     Yes work is great, thankyou so much for accepting me and Priscilla (my pig) as your new tenants. We cant wait to move in and it would be great to know where it is, do you have pictures you can send me and the address?  It is very good of you to be sending me the keys and documents and i will be sendin you some rent as soon as i have these, my friends are all waiting too so we can have a housewarming party, it could go on a few days but can invite the neighbours so they are not kept awake by the music and motorbikes and i am sure Priscilla will love her new bedroom     look forward to seeing pics
