Ford Mondeo Question
« on: 04, March, 2010, 05:19:34 PM »
Is it an obligatory requirement to have gaffa tape on the rear bumper or were they all just made like that ?
Tell me how many you see with it this week ;D
They even have a website dedicated to it

Does Gaffer tape come in dark blue?
I may invest in some for my mum. ::)
(Reversed into a tree next to her driveway the other day. It didn't cause a dent - just made the existing one worse) :BangHead:

Oi - some of us had them forced upon us!  Mine was when I had a company car - that was the choice take it or leave it  ::)

I did manage to write off someone's Porsche with it though - silly cow did a U-turn in front of me without bothering to look - car was her fella's too and new at that - I bet that relationship was over soon  ;D

I did more damage to my Toyota putting it in the garage to keep it safe than ever I did out on the road. Didn't quite make the gaffer tape before I stopped putting it away and left it to the mercy of the local hoodies.

The gaffer tape came in handy patching up the handlebar muffs though.

I left mine with the natural non-gaffer tape but a big hole instead look after Jackie decided to reverse into a lamp post.

Lamp posts should be padded up to bumper height. And not positioned so close to the edge of the curb. What do they expect? Of course people will back into them.

I can't talk. I reversed a Land Rover into the only sign post withing half a mile in Paris. Oops!
