After having such a good ride and meeting some of you on Sundays Memorial Ride, I thought Id do the decent thing and join the band. I'm a member of LB And The Bikers Oracle (CBR600 Forum) but you cant have too much of a good thing Eh! Its all about riding your bike and meeting new people.
I got back on two wheels 3 years ago last June, after spending years of misery on the tube, Got a CBR 600 from one of my Four Brothers who rebuilt it after a cat 'D' right off. Also I got two sets of two piece leathers, two lids, gloves and boots...I was well chuffed! And Ive rode nearly everyday since!
I past my bike test back in the 70s (no spring chicken) You know... when a purvey looking guy in a Mac carrying a clipboard stalked you round the block...then 'Jumped Out' in 'Front' of you a mile down the road as an example of an emergency stop and said....I'm pleased to say you passed! Mind you if I had to go through the test these days....I prob wouldnt bother! (Couldnt afford it!)
