After seeing this, I think the 6 months was very much over the top (at the same time I think the 9months should have been 9years+)
Tallguy, it says a lot when a case such as your one does not end in a result or front page news, yet this one which no one was hurt does. Did you get any sort of result from this or have you just put it to memory so that next time you see this guy you'll take a longer swing with the knight stick?  '<img'>

No night stick for me I have a poxy aluminium ASP and managed to bend it first time I used it in training. No need to worry about this guy at the mo as I'm still off duty sick and he has been silly enough to try and punch a police colleage of mine who is also a world ironman contestant. It think we discovered time travel as he woke up two days before he left home that night.  '<img'> Thankfully we had CCTV covering the officers who were dealing with an other incident then the chap ran up from behind an officer and had arm raised to punch in the neck below the ear. The offender went from standing to on the floor in two frames of the CCTV. Sent down finally, his record for violance against the person would have made you wonder how he was allowed to remain in a free society for so long.
