Topic: ACE CAFE CHRISTMAS TOY RUN - SUNDAY 11TH DEC 2011

Ladies and gents,

This year's Ace Cafe Toy Run is on Sunday the 11th December 2011. Meeting up at 10am at the Ace, and leaving at 11am to head off to:

St Mary's Hospital
Royal Brompton Hospital
Evelina St Thomas's Hospital

For those that have never attended, the idea is to wrap a pressie or two and label it Boy / Girl and the age - we then go off on convoy to the 3 hospitals and give gifts to the kids unforunate enough to be in hospital over the seaon of good will.

We have Santa on a Trike at the head, and most people dress up / decorate teir machines. There are even Prizes for "Best Dressed Ride" & "Best Dressed Rider"

I've been attending this for over a decade, and it is not uncommon to see 200 bikes in parade!

Anyway, I put this up each year - and hope to see as many of you come along as you can.

After we visit all the locations as planned, do we go back to ace cafe?        and is 125cc appropriate for the ride? sorry for all the q's but it is my first ride!

125cc will be fine as run is fairly slow due to numbers, up to you where you end up, as after St Thomas's I often go home as I am North Kent. Great run though with lots of decorated bikes and mince pies!
