1.1.09 ride out to the b1109.

New Years Day ride out.

We thought we had cracked it.

BUT:

We thought we had a route planned to the B1109 for the 1.1.09  but unfortunately this road no longer exists.    A major cock-up by cambridgeshire.gov.uk showed that the Upwell Road in March is called the B1109 – in fact it is the 1099. Tossers.

Mr Jetstream has been trying to plan a nice route and is now in tears.

We are probably going somewhere else.   Can anyone help with suggestions?  He is really distraught.

Wish I could help on this one, but looks as if I will be grounded that day, as hopefully Alex is fitting the heated grips Santa brought me! '<img'>
Been out both days this weekend, some of the B roads very slidey and lots of salt everywhere else, but thankfully uneventful ':p'
Off out again this morning taking my handwarmers but shouldn't be out for too long.
