Where can i get aluninium

ok, strange question but does anyone know where i can get a small sheet of aluminium, needs to be about 12-15 mm thick, and need a sheet about A4 sized, needs toi be that thick as needs to be strong enough to make a bracket to hold the rearset on the bike

anyone know where i can get any ??????
