Well I'm finally getting to do something I've wanted to do for ages, and it's all for a good cause...
A friend of my boss has been planning a charity ride to include Lands End to John O Groats and I've had the privilage of being invited to join him
'>
Any monies raised will be going to
Marie Curie
and
SERV
The ride will start from Box Hill on Saturday 17th May and returning to finish at Box Hill on Wednesday 21st May.
There's a website been set up with some details of the ride and it will be updated during the ride with our progress.
Website is
HERE
If you're feeling generous and would like to make a sponsership donation, a Justgiving page been setup to do so
Justgiving
and don't forget to claim the gift aid as it can add quite a lot to the final amount going to the charites

I promise I will, and I'll make your brother do it too since it would be unforgiveable of him not to
See you tomorrow morning - best not drink too much coffee before you set off... especially if you only have one pair of undercrackers with you

Well, you did and BikerBiker did too! As usual I made it by the skin of my teeth and was able to take a quick couple of photo's before heading off to Amesbury with Yeti & Phil complete with SERV escort to Countess Services Amesbury, which they reached by 11.30am for a quick refuel, then a change of escort, more SERV to M5

Here are a couple of pics I took at the send off

Wish I could have been there; I was busy being inducted into the world of advanced motorcycling in Bromley.
Seems they had a good send-off. I hope they enjoy their ride and that they get through it all safely.
