Hmm... need to get a bike...
« on: 18, February, 2008, 09:49:45 AM »
so i've found a 98/99 bandit600, no mot, needs chain/sprox/pads etc doing, havent looked at it yet, but i reckon £700 is as much as its worth without an mot on it.

or i found this:
EBAY which i'm finding quite tempting!  anyone got any experience with the FZR? anything to look out for?

£700 for a bike of that age and that many miles is a lot IMO. But if it starts each morning and is good on insurance then great bike '<img'>
Hope you are making jokes and have a smile on your face my Danish diplomatic friend. Long may your memory live!

4-1 against the Manure and what a great win it was!

Scorps is the best man to talk to about FZ's he had three if I recall right. Rapid fast, well ahead of time in engine build, shame the brake's wont, shokingly bad stopping power and handling was abismal. If I had £750 I would get onto RS Motorcycles in Halifax, get ZX7R with cosmetic damage. All done!
