I bought some of these last year... only just got round to making them last week and so I used them on a test run to France.... worked really well.

DIY EAR PLUGS

Make your own for only £12.99....

You get enough orange goop to make three ear plugs, just incase you make a mistake.

I am going to by a set for Simon and try to make him some earphone embedded plugs so that he does not play his Ipod so loud whilst riding,

ordered some yesterday, cant go wrong for the price really, the ones at the show were £45, but then if you wanted headphones in them they went up to £165, now in my book that a lot of cash just to pay for head phones

and the bonus that the website lets you pay via pay pal if ya want so makes easy ways to get bits too

Thanks for that. I had some custom jobbies a few years ago, but I lost one.
They cost £50 at the BMF show. That proved I needed them - I was sure he said 15 '<img'>
One thing - it's £12.99 +VAT +P&P - makes £16.44

I was going to pay direct by card, but they more-or-less insisted I pay by paypal to 'save time by not having to type in address and credit card details' AFTER I had done just that.

Try "Stop Snoring" spray available at most chemists and supermarkets, that works well, though perhaps not the ideal valentines day present...

or my personal favourite, get a dressing gown belt, double it up, and as soon as you hear the start of a snoor, you whip them round the face

i used to do this to a mate of mine years ago if i slept at his place after working late, took him months to realise what i was doing, the git only caught me when he went to say something one and i mistook it for a snoor, he wasnt happy, lol

You can get them on Ebay cheaper (as I discovered after I bought some)
Here

Or, if that doesn't work, it's item number 230220529285

That's £14.99 INCLUDING VAT + £1 p&p

That's ideal!!! I have loads of old headphones that I got free with personal stereo/walkman/mp3/phone/etc and I just put them in a draw because they never stay in my ear. I think I'll get a kit and experiment.
is that thunder i can hear?

What were the results of your experiment?  I'm thinking of getting some to mould around my earphones too.

Hmm I'm not sure that I like the look of em... kind of like candles.

I still rate the original ones that I pisted about.... they are still going strong and I even use them for swimming now
