Topic: "buddy week" at my gym in covent garden

Got this emailed to me yesterday:
"... As a thank you for your continued business were running a “BUDDY WEEK” from the 25th – 31st January and I invite you to bring a friend or a relative to GYMBOX with my compliments for a FREE WORKOUT. (Normally £15). This can include a studio class, workout & relax in the sauna."

Anyone interested, PM me. We can have a work out together, all evenings during that week after work except Tuesday and Thursday. It's a nice gym, showers are hot, lockers are clean and spacious. Plenty of cardio and weights machines to choose from, and there is also a small boxing ring and a variety of punch bags at different shapes and sizes to thump on.

What I like about this gym is that they don't have any gym instructors that drift about trying to sell you stuff. PT is their thing but then the trainers don't harass you. Once you're in there, it's work out time, and that's it, you can leave everything like the shitty day you had at work outside, forget about it and sweat it all out. It's not a pretentious place like Esporta where people go to pose, it's just a nice gym with a good atmosphere. The music kicks up a notch when their in house DJ starts playing at 6pm. If anyone's considering joining a gym, take a look at this one before you make up your mind which one to join. With my monthly plan, I pay £53 per month on average.

This almost sounds like an ad but it's not. I am just a member who is happy with what I get from my membership fees.
