Sick of thick people not looking when crossing the road, fucking up my bike and leg and then trying to sue me  '<img'> Hope said person walks into a truck!

Hey Matt,

remember reading you had an accident but did not know that someone had walked out in front of you. were there any witnesses? are you going to issue a counter summons? I know there's a fund that pays out if you are hit by an uninsured vehicle or they leave the scene and no details. Not sure if something similar exists for your case. I went through the whole legal/medical process when i was knocked off my bike so if I can help in any way let me know
BETTER TO BE ON A SMALL SLOW BIKE (WITH ROADTAX) THAN A BIG FAST CAR

Long story short. Fat pricked from up North walked out in front of me without looking '<img'> . Just hope that there is a balance in this world and we are both able to enjoy the same pain!

In NZ 95mph (150kph) on the motorway = 6months loss of licence, $500+ fine and shit show in hell of getting insurance again for a long time....

You shop around to find the company which asks for the smallest number of years of driving history. when I first got insurance over here I only had a small amount of companies I could go for. Now that its more than 10 years since I was banned for 6 months I can go with most companies.

3rd party only for the TRX was £750 as they were the only company asking for 5 years of history.
