Sick of thick people not looking when crossing the road, fucking up my bike and leg and then trying to sue me
'> Hope said person walks into a truck!
Hey Matt,
remember reading you had an accident but did not know that someone had walked out in front of you. were there any witnesses? are you going to issue a counter summons? I know there's a fund that pays out if you are hit by an uninsured vehicle or they leave the scene and no details. Not sure if something similar exists for your case. I went through the whole legal/medical process when i was knocked off my bike so if I can help in any way let me know

Long story short. Fat pricked from up North walked out in front of me without looking

In NZ 95mph (150kph) on the motorway = 6months loss of licence, $500+ fine and shit show in hell of getting insurance again for a long time....

You shop around to find the company which asks for the smallest number of years of driving history. when I first got insurance over here I only had a small amount of companies I could go for. Now that its more than 10 years since I was banned for 6 months I can go with most companies.
3rd party only for the TRX was £750 as they were the only company asking for 5 years of history.
