Has anyone heard of this service center? 4th Dimension Innovation Ltd.
My lovely Bertie, tha's my 125 Cg was reversed into yesterday and knocked down. The good thing was I wasn't on it, it was staionary in the school car park where I work. A silly teacher didn't see it, and I qoute "Oh I just didn't look in my mirrors as I reversed" I repiled, clearly!
Then she said " oh but I knew it was there, as I just saw your bike when I walked past it just now and I parked fine when I came to school" At this point I just looked at her and hoped she would shut up, as what she was saying was not helping me feel better, as my new bike, my 1st bike, was laying on the floor.
Anyway all that besides my insurers are taking my bertie to this srvice center, so wanted to know if anyone had heard anything about them. 4th Dimension Innovation Ltd.
I might just add Swinton are being really good and hopefully I'll get a loan bike today. Mind you KGM that is another story. Can nothing ever be simple.

Sorry to hear about the bike, I know I'd feel bad if it was mine.
Get one of the little darlings at school to slip a few matches into her door locks.
She will have hours of fun getting them out!

Sorry to hear Simone. Ive had a bad experience with 4th dimension. Im still trying to get them to sort out their fcukups on my bandit. Give me a call if you want me to tell you more. Just be careful of Neil, the owner of 4th dimension says all the right things but did everything so poorly.

Sorry to hear about your bike Freckles. But there are more good sides than bad to your sitiuation: 1) You didn't get hurt 2) The teacher admited it's her fault 3) Teacher is insured 4) You're getting a replacement bike.
But what is the story with KGM? Please let us all know, either in here or better still in the Consumer Watchdog section.

No. Insurance on loan bike should be automatically arranged by your insurers and part of your current insruance cover. I only have had dealings with fully comp and Norwich Union policies so might be wrong, especially if you only TPFT covered.

If you are not happy with repairs to your bike, don't accept it, especially if you have a loan bike
Hope it is sorted soon, know how you feel, lost my R6 for six weeks, and O.K I wasn't in a fit state to ride it, but by the time It came back I was desperate

Hi sorry to hear about the bike. Be very careful with a loan bike check it out and make sure it is up to scratch. One big thing is to make sure the tyres are the both the same type, as in this weather it can make a difference.
Hope it is all sorted soon.

They said they just put new tyres on the bike, so I will have to brake them in. New the end of the week when this rain lefts I think I'll ride to Brighton. These companies do make you laugh, they want it washed too, before handing it back. That did make me laugh. As an idea i was going to take it to where I bought after the work has been done and get them to check it over, what a palaver. Thank you for the tips.

So after looking at the loan bike i'm sending it back and now I think i'll leave getting one. I started it up today just to hear it and feel the throttle and clutch. The throttle gets compelty stuck and the clucth is so tight, I can't pull it fully in without using my super powers of persuasion:rock:
Of course now I feel like a moaning mini, lol still good learning.
