Tallguy we have the reciever on the Garmin 2820 in the car and it is pretty good saved me being stuck in nasty traffic a couple of times when the M25 was closed for hours. In London however the roads are pretty bad most of the time so we only use it on longer trips when we head off away from London.

Not so sure how useful it would be on the bike in normal heavy traffic because a bike can filter it may only be really useful if the road is closed altogether.
Camping time where's me tent..

I use an HP Ipaq 2210 (dated nowadays) running TT6 and an external Bluetooth connected series 3 gps reciever, got me to the Damn and back without issue '<img'>

Didnt think the 2210 was compatable with tomtom6.  i know it works ok with tomtom5?

works fine for me '<img'>, maybe its scared of me and just playing along '<img'>
As well as the standard TT6 maps i also run the additional speed trap db's and downloadable speedcamera for all of Europe, handy when visiting Belgium and Holland as they dont use the same radar gear my setup normaly detects, please note i speek in past tense, all my active speedcamera gadgets were on the bike when i had my crash, just another excuse to go buy new shtuff '<img'>
