Because to negotiate with any Company need to prove the value you are Claiming for So in other words the Director of AA will have a request for the full Some and a letter stating what you would like and 7 days notice to a result or Continue and give them a date of Commencement of the Protest ,its the only way to do it Properley So they have no Excuses they will pay up, '<img'> ,its always worked for me with out fail, These Companys think your more mouth than Action but unfortunate for them i like to show them Action ,not only that it will prove that others are not alone if they have genuine Claims like that, Rich is entitled to the money and hes going to get it

that makes sense, infact i always said that is the AA responsability not the italian garage if the panels were lost or damaged.  the last word remains with Rich, hope he'll agrees with you about the protest and we have all the documents you need.

in the mean time, i've been dealing with the italian insurance, they always seems very cooperative but in italy the law is soooo slow it could take months before  anything gets sorted.  the AA shouldnt put us into this misery really '<img'>

The AA: Rescue or Wrong Turn?
Friday 08 June
7:00pm - 7:30pm
BBC2 South

The AA likes to think of itself as the drivers' friend, but is that friendship in danger of breaking down? In 2004 Britain's largest roadside rescue service was taken over by the new city phenomenon: the private equity company. The workforce has been reduced, the number of patrol drivers cut and massive loans taken out. But profits are up and its private equity bosses have pocketed millions. The Money Programme's Max Flint investigates these new super-successful business execs and asks is it asset stripping or the best way to re-vitalise a famous old company?

And now there's Ian's run-in with the AA after his off in Cornwall.  They won't recover/repatriate if a bike is rideable but the rider is incapacitated.  Grr...

Carole Nash - Pahhhh
My partner's rare bike was stolen.Carole Nash Insurance company had accepted it on policy for £1300. When it was stolen they paid half basically saying "Prove it was worth what you said it was". As it was rare and no-one's selling their vehicle he could not get proof so had to accept. And now he is with another company.

They're all the same. He used to be an AA Patrolman moons ago too, and has some stories to tell about the management of that.
Please give blood and write a Will.  No, seriously. Do it.
And join the Motorcycle Action Group.  And British Motorcycle Federation, but specially MAG.
