those of you at the ally pally show probably saw the equipment that the sticker stand opposite us had, for creating vinyl graphics and logo's etc.

well i've gone and spent some wonga on similar equipment, but need some practice at using it!

would anyone be interested in having their username (or another name) done in a size suitable for putting on either side of the fairing screen? I am expecting materials to arrive over the next few days, so can do them in black, white (recommended for a screen), yellow, blue or red. They will be cut in 5 year vinyl, and you'll get a pair of them posted to you. i haven't worked out a price yet as i havent worked out how long each one will take to produce, but i would guess £2 a pair (including p+p)

actually, i'll do them in packs of THREE, so that you have a spare, in case anyone makes a mess of fitting one...

Did you buy a kit that allows you to make any stickers with any computer graphic jpg and similar files??

no. it's a vinyl cutter,like THIS which can cut 24" wide by 100 meters length, plus professional design and cut software. Vector graphics.

It doesn't print, it plots a course and cuts it, so colours need to be made up of layers of several cuts from different coloured vinyls.

Perhaps with the off-cuts you could make a good supply of “THE” stickers that could be given away as a conversion kit for converts from another well known forum
