Hells, I feel your pain babes, I gave up on Tuesday so day 4 for me. It is hard but if you have support then it makes it easier. I do like Alba's idea tho !! Take note there Crashy !

My friend at work has also given up so I have the support at work too.

I was HIGHLY tempted to roll up that bloody patch and smoke it the other day after having a argument with a stupid client on the phone !
Decided that it probably wouldn't work so went outside for a walk, saw a girl smoking a cigarette, and nearly highjacked her for her cigarette!

HellsBells & Tattoed Temptres - As I often say to my students, a quote from an old manager of mine "You can do anything you want in this world.  It only depends on how badly you want it."  Look at benefits and consequences of achieving and not achieving your objectives to keep you focused.  I'd strongly recommend some kind of reward system as you are going through the process.
