Hey Scorps!! I can help with the pics montage, got a lot of them and can print them direct onto 6 X 4 photo paper, some of Christine's from cornwall and scotland would be great though.
Can bring them Sunday on a CD plus others from Boxhill, Ogri's etc.
Willing to help man (woman) stand any time now I have escaped from my driving job
Will collect spare DVD's from the Oakdene, would be great to turn them into funds for 7/7

Do we want to do a display of pictures from Kill Spills?
OMD has a load of pics and it'll show what other 'Biker Community' stuff we have supported.... and will get people looking for themselves in the crowds.

The 25th to 28th of feb is for the Ally Pally Show (Road & Race) & I think is being organised by Superbike Mag.
That's JANUARY.
Also it may not be called the 'Road and Race' any more.
The MCN show was called R&R and that has moved to Excel.
SuperBike magazine thought there should still be a show at Ally Pally, so they are organising their own one.

I think you should sort a dvd player to show stuff on.
Also need to make sure no-one confuses us with the site of a similar name. Don't think we need that kind of publicity.

I am in Trinidad returning Sunday (tomorrow).
I am not sure when I am to collect the Gixxer but if this show is 1st-4th February, then there may be a chance that I could get it to the stand for then, also if I find sponsors, it would benefit them too.
I have a portable dvd player that could be hooked up to a tv, if anyone can get hold of one. We can play the Unity Ride dvd and Dread's Nurburg videos too - we could use the best quality videos from his master copies too and that'll make for excellent viewing.
Also, if we could get Scorps' montage - even if we just all send our pictures somewhere so that he can make a new collage that'd be great.
I propose that we sell t-shirts etc, and the money could be used for a stand next year maybe or simply to fund the cost of the roller banner.....

mikey - the show is the ally pally, running 26-28 january. there's a newer post pinned at the top of this page.
If you want to write up some info on yourself, who you are and what you do, track experience, why you decided to enter the gsxr cup, any current sponsors, how to be contacted regarding potential sponsorship and so on (include some pictures of yourself, the bike if possible (promo pic should do) and anything else you can think of) then we can put all that on the stand to help promote you.
i have done a 4 page document although only 1 page is text... if you hang on a mo, i'll put it online so you can get some idea's... (still work in progress, and i've very quickly saved them as jpeg's just to show you)

sounds like you had more luck with bodywork than i did.... mine looks like a 2 year old was left in charge of the finishing and hole drilling...
the oil catch is colour injected gloss black... the side fairings are colour injected yellow gloss, the top fairing is brush painted gloss white - with drips, and a smattering of filler here and there as well...
all of the fitting holes are huge, and some are double even treble drilled... plus a couple of cracked ones on top of that... none of the straight joint sections are straight...
i know we got a very cheap deal, but honestly, this lot looks like someone has fitted it onto a bike, screwed up the fitting, refitted it again, then taken it off and sent it back to the fairing place and rejected it, where they've then stashed it on a shelf, underneath a pile of stuff, for a few years - then offloaded it to us.
not too chuffed with the fairings... i'm no perfectionist when it comes to these things, so when i say that they're crap, then they really must be bad!
still... they were cheap, and they're what we've got... so no point moaning and bitching cos i've not paid for them and they'll look ok once i've filled, sanded, reshaped, refinished and painted them...
i compared them to a set from ebay, that cost £105 and are sent from germany for £18... the ebay ones are FAR better!
