Before we make your bookings, we need to know the number of bookings required. You need to fill in the attached booking table with the names of the drivers,  we will enter the other details. There is no need to give us the number plates.

Good idea M8. Think you should wait until the TLB award are out the way first as too many polls going on at the moment.
