Hello all, This is another forum opened only for people who have booked their France trip Fare,and for people who have Paid a group leader for a Block Group Booking, so if you want to pay through block booking let me know A.S.A.P as we will have word back as to block booking this week coming ,

(LITTLE NOTE TO PEOPLE GROUP BOOKING CAN NOT GO AHEAD UNTILL MONEY IS RECIEVED OF PEOPLE WHO IS GOING FOR GROUP BOOKING BUT WILL GET DETAILS THIS WEEK AS TO THE BLOCK BOOKING)

This will Gaurentee basically everyone going on the trip a place on the eurotunnel for the same time on the day so we dont have any problems so here is to the start of the list and people who have paid for their booking

F*ck Blair lol imagine collecting money for 20 people and a few pull out then would cause alot of trouble for booking as we need at least 20 people for group booking what a nightmare wish we hadnt of thought about group booking as i sent pm to those asking what they want to do but not alot of replys and some people in LB think theres 2 group bookings i said Definatly not and if i dont get the response i need this week to the group bookings then im booking my own Ticket and letting the rest know to book there own tickets as Couple of people in LB are thinking it was LB organized

What i think is majority of people will pay quick enough but then a few of them will leave the others stranded which would not be great

I feel for you on this one and this is the reason why I never like to be the one asking for the money. IMO you should tell everyone that you will be at the Ace on a Friday or Saturday and this will be on the only time you can be given the money unless by direct debt by Thursday before these dates.

I agree. I can chase down the LB people if you like so that means some of the work is shared.
As for the confusion 'over the road' sorry about that but I think everyone over there knows the score now....

This is what i wrote in the other forum

Some how i feel we might have some problems with the Group Bookings, I Know alot of you are keen for the group bookings but feel when it comes down to it that if some people let the group booking down by not paying they will let others down as well and then will give me alot of hard work as i wouldnt be able to book people then i would have to return the money for people to book them selves this will cause more trouble for me than what its worth as i would be travelling round not that i mind but i havent got a solid list with reserves if you know what i mean so lets just see what happens

At this rate i have noticed people still booking their tickets directly which is there choice ,

but cant garentee the group booking at this rate untill i have some re-ensurance.

Yam, too save grey hair I think you need to make the cut off point this weekend or next. At the end of the day its only £20 they need to front up and if you don't have that laying around then the petrol cost for the day will rule you out anyway.

Yes Ron got it sorted now well it appears group booking has reached 20 so we can start collecting ,
