Hi Guys it was me but fell asleep again due to the drugs the doctor has me on. Sorry I didn't get the smut going today but hopefully will be back on form soon.

Trigger I think I could do with some more of that bubbly stuff you were pouring down my throat the other week. I reckon it would be a better pain killer than what they have me on at the moment. Although the side effects can be fun..Halucinations the lot, never been so of my trolley in all my life, and that is saying something!!!

Trigger I am pretty sure we did enough cleaning up to make up for any mess we made.....Well worth it though.

Seem to have a large bottle of some cheap bubbly in the fridge if I can carry it I may hide it in the bed and get merry tomorrow night, as the family all going out and leavng me all alone again little rotters. I have the cats to keep me company, but they don't drink!!

So if anyone fanices helping me drink it feel free to pop round only you'll have do the pouring.

right get in the shower.....
put hot on the pain for as long as you can then cold for as long as you can...
for 6-8 times....
finish on hot
drink loads of water to flush out the toxins after showering

Hydro-threapy....it works the muscles and releases the toxins which have collected within them

give it a go

I can handle this stuck in bed thing what I can't handle is Geoff doing the shopping. I need some real food soon, poor thing at least he is trying hard to look after me.

It was a trial run for something a bit more adventurous. I had a new t-shirt to try out and Alba, Anna and I had to discuss make up and boys.
