Sent my g/f an email entitled 'Dear Santa' containing a pic of the new Ducati 1098 and got one back which read...

I've had a good look at your behaviour chart over the past year and whilst you have frequently been rated "good" unfortunately you haven't been awarded enough "outstandings" to receive the Ducati this Christmas.
