Fantastic day guys, box to Worthing, Worthing to Bury Hill, met Scorps, Bury Hill to Box great rides but Box to Richmond what a nightmare, traffic was horrendous!!! Still, the cafe was open at Richmond so the tea and coffees went down well!!!!

Definitely a great day out and such beautiful weather - standing on the beach in a t-shirt in the middle of October, what are the chances ! ?
Had a fab day and thanks Chris for the lift ! Hope I wasn't too much trouble!

What a great day, thanks everyone!!!
'> 6 bikes, (so nearly 7, sorry you missed us Graham), first 120 odd miles were great, but the last bit was a nightmare, the hole of Kingston to Oxshot area was almost gridlocked, thank God for bikes
Anyway, what great fun that was, sitting on the beach after a nice meal, middle of October, T-shirts on ice creams in hand and then Trigger and Chris start doing rude things!! not shaw if Trigger was putting the hoodie on or taking it off but watching Chris "help" her was side spliting
'> So then Scorps rings, "just finished work where are ya" Worthing mate, but we'll meet you at Bury hill, oke's... Scorp's got there just as they were closing "bloody winter, everything shuts early etc..." so missed his cup of tea, but looked like he had a fun ride down..
'>
Then as PP said, all that were left went back to the Richmond TLB cafe for a wind down, oh! how the neighbours love us ha ha!!

Sorry I did not make it, by the time I came off the PC unchained bike got changed in full gear it was almost 1Pm:) so I just went for a ride alone... wasn't fun so I came home and wasted the day watching TV and playing games... yeah... what a waste of a day... and I went to cinema to see Devil wears Prada... chick film:)

In the interests of keeping my admittedly shaky reputation intact, can I point out that I was entirely passive participant in this disgraceful behaviour? There's little one can do when one has a hood pulled right down over ones eyes with the back of your jumper being firmly gripped... I'm beginning to wish I'd just stuck with the fleece!!
