Sounds all good to me. I should still have the 600 to take to the airport '<img'>

ok ok ok, Looks like the plan is changing. I need feedback from you all please.

We are intending to go for 5-7 days (thats the first question) what does the majority think?

Track days: CAtaluna run a GP circuit and a national circuit,

April 1 and 2nd is NAtioanl
June 3rd and 4th is also national circuit
The onyl day in the year that the GP circuit is open is July 23rd.

Im proposing that we sail out on on the 7pm ferry on friday the 30th MArch, Be in Spain for Saturday Eve, Then settle in get some beers in, play a couple (or maybe one day) on circuit than spend the remainder of the time exploring the roads?

What ya reckon?

I quite like the idea of going early in the year...

Also I'd be more than happy to drive a van down there with bikes in the back,

thinking about it, think taking the ferry and only having 1 person per van and the rest flying would work out a lot cheaper for everyone....

BTW in case anyone want to knoe Catalunya circuit looks like this

Bring it on. I'm 100% coming.

That sounds like a good idea!
1 person(who doesn't mind ferries) per van, 3 bikes per van - rest of us get cheap flights and just put all costs together and split it up?

I'v got the ol' Boogie Bus - 8 seater to drive to Stanstead if need be '<img'>  Again, split costs of juice/parking and we're onto a cheapy!

Maybe the van guys could pick rest of us up at airport wen we get there ??
Just some ideas to throw in the pot!

If we go at the end of March we may have to incorporate a bit of a birthday bash too ':p'

I'm cool with all of this. I don't mind ferries, hence I don't mind driving a van. Got to confess to a secret sigh of relief when van idea mentioned. I'll be a year older by then and you never know when arthritis is going to kick in, do you Crashy... '<img'>

ok, Nice one Mouse.

If 12 of us go it will work out at £680 PP

This includes Shipping your bike over.
Return flight to Zaragoza
Transport to and from Accomodation
Bed and Breakfast for 6 nights
Evening meal (average price this may increase with what you eat and drink)

In addtion to these cost's is the anticipated fuel usage through the day 100-150 miles per day.
Track day fees, which If you look on the website work on a ticket system. They are sold by the session rather than the day. You are looking at 160 EU for the full 8 sessions.
Your service costs after the trip,
Medi insurance £45
ETC ETC,

Basically my estimation (and Im good at this)

'<img'>  will be about £130.00 per day per person.

What do you all think to 800 pp inclusive?

Hey Trigg,

I know someone who charges less than £500 for under duvet action, the £1000 your paying seems a bit steep.
