If the weather hold out I'll be in  ':p'

Won't be up to full speed as my tires have gone off and won't be getting new rubber until Monday! Thought I'd try the ContiSports attack on the firestorm!  :!

Just bought the bike with original tyres on, 3 yrs old done 1300 miles! Bike fine, but tyres have hardened, not giving me a good feel at all ':p'
Had Diablo's on the other R1 which suited it and me fine '<img'>
I usually get 6,000 miles from rear and 12,000 from front, but rear doesn't usually last as long as six months ''

Know that well eh Christine. New rear tyre every 8 - 10 weeks, makes for blooming expensive biking, only made up for financially by getting twice the MPG I had when doing same journey by car. Oh and half the journey time too.  ':p'

Ended up in Dungeness,as the tea rooms at Singleton shut. Very wet and wild there going across Romney Marsh, very hard to resist the urge to take everyone up the Military Road
Now the sun is out, home to catch up on some chores, like cutting grass, which is threatening to take over ':p' ''

woohooooo, muchos fun.
Started off a little damp, but not raining! Soon lightened up, with some fantastic roads. Then got very warm and sunny - but a little windy!! I'm off next weekend too, I'll have a think about another route, maybe a last trip to Rye? or the New Forest for a look at the ponies?
