What time is "after work"? I can't finish until 4pm and then need to sort the leathers so 5pm start is better for me  '<img'>

Weather looking good for sunday '<img'>

I love getting out early on my bike, nothing on the roads, its great, only thing is it can be a bit chilly to start. Because I don't like to have a rucksack on my back, I put on an extra top and neck warmer and stuff them under my seat when it warms up. Stuffing an old newspaper down the front of your jacket helps keep the wind chill out. When you warm up you can just throw it in the bin.

I am really looking forward to what should be cracking day out.
See yah all Sunday '<img'>

FROM DANGERMOUSE

Edd i know what you mean Ive been looking forward to this ride so much been polishing the bike ready etc etc.

Cant wait to get to those Welsh roads especially those long sweepers that you can see right the way round.  Weather is looking good looks like we have been very lucky.

Im just going in my leathers carrying my wallet and phone.  Ill prob put a long sleeve teeshirt/garment with my full body suit thermals/cooler.  Thats about it.  I dont mind the cold cause it dont last long.  May even not bother with the teeshirt.

Soo whats happening then, wheres the rest of them?  Whos def coming?
come on u know u want too.

If the pace is too strong (im sorry thats how we like it hard and fast caugh!  '<img'>  ) then dont worry its easy we can just pull up at each Junction.  We can stop and have a nice brekky in Wales about 10ish i think.  Then head off to see some fantastic roads and scenery.  Reminds me of those FastBike mags videos when they go to South of France.

Totally Awesome look in Gallery under Longest day (nice title and my body hurts ive taken the day off to clean my bike)  Sushh dont tell them?  '<img'>

Company and good riding in wet conditions meant concentration was at its peak.  Was good when the roads dried out though.

Hi guys,

At 5pm on Saturday I was thinking about making this run.

At 4am on Sunday morning after I had ushered the last of the bbq guests out of the flat and began to think about going to bed, I thought it maybe wasn't such a good idea. Glad you had fun though and will join you on a run in the future.
