I use an online photo album to host my pictures....there are many, I use Photobucket, there's also snapfish, webshots, kodak, yahoo etc, just do a search for one.... Photobucket happened to be the easiest......

1. Upload your pictures to the online host (browe your computer for the picture you want & click submit/upload/enter

2. Copy & paste the "IMG" code below the picture you want to post on here, and you will get.....

If its a picture you find on another site & you want to use it (copyright permitting) you right click on it, copy the 'properties' that come up & then click the "IMG" button at the top of this message box, paste the URL of the picture into the box that appears, and click OK...then you should get.....

Thanks I managed to get one on photobucket and it was not work safe so hopefully they don't check what you have in your album, your a hero!!
