i think the tag idea is great, personaly would have 3 tags, 2 on my person, and the 3rd on the bike
The bigger the problem, the bigger the hammer

Should I have an accident the LAST thing I want the emergency services to do is to contact my family. ICE is in the phone, the bike reg  doesn't connect me to the folks, and hopefully neither does any paperwork at home. In my phone,  passport, and will and is the name and no. of the person who needs to know about the situation. This person can then decide if and when to contact my parents. I don't want the old folks worried about me if I'm lying in hospital somewhere. I'll tell them about it later when I'm recovered.

Always wear dog tags when riding, with full name and ICE contact + no allergy info etc...
Also have ICE on mobile and carry driving license etc.. in wallet
My ICE points to a Callsure number, which currently points to my girlfriends mobile, which she always has on, and was called twice last year for pretty nasty offs :0(

I have ICE  (sometimes in my Gin and Tonic too) and a Credit card as well as my spec case which has my opticians number in - guess they would get a shock if they were contacted
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.
5 out of 16 is good enough!
