And finally DVD released
« on: 21, June, 2006, 12:20:46 PM »
Hi all

first of all many apoligies for the long wait this was due to many factors but the main one being this product is quite unique, but the DVD will be available form the 27th June I believe trouty has set up an online ordering and payment service but he will no doubt post this up as soon as the DVD's are delivered.

The team, Anna and my Self, Claire, Monica and others from prism leisure, Steve from V-media and every one who has been involved with this are very happy to have given our time to finish this project and we hope every one who views it will like be pleased with it too

The DVD includes the main feature which some of you will have already seen plus a photoslide show with over 180 photos, a couple of biking videos courtesty of transport for London and the Motorcycle industry assocation and also a video of a nameless rider tearing round London picking up 76 penalty points !!!! for his erattic riding

so after over 100 hours in the edit suite (thanks Anna) more than 300 emails sent and recieved and feck knows how many hours (Days) on the phone it is finally ready

Enjoy people

Cheers OMD

ps
thanks again to every one who was involved no matter how small you contribution you are the ones who made this possible in the first place and I hope we all never have to do anything like this again due to the reasons we all got to ride together in the first place

I have spoken to Liz Prosser of the group that now cares for those affected by the bombings

http://www.7julyassistance.org.uk/

She is writing to the victims and/or their families in her monthly newsletter telling them of our efforts and will also distribute our DVD (after vetting for suitability) to all those that would like a copy free of charge.

This will be done before the anniversary.

Makes ya feel all warm inside doesn't it?

Trouty I know you've said Monday is a bit short notice, but is anyone going up to the Ace anyway? The only reason I ask is that I'm back from Lake District tomorrow but have to pick da toddla up from Stanstead at 10pm so could do with killing some time without having to go home and, say, hoover. The Ace sounds perfect, but its not going to be perfect if I'm on my own '<img'>   Anyone? For about 7.30?

the Ace were fairly keen when it was first suggested, but they havent been so quick to continue the conversation which is a shame

and the weather is pants.

so i'd say 'no' for tonight at the Ace
